____SERVICES
Planning first. Everything else follows.
Every service we offer hangs off one thing: your written financial plan. Here's what the work looks like.

The Planning Relationship
Your engagement starts with the Values-Based Financial Planning process: the values conversation, the goals conversation, a full organization of your current finances in your eMoney portal, and a written plan. Then we meet three times a year to keep it current. Between meetings, your portal gives you one live view of everything you own and owe—every account, every goal, updated daily.
The center of our work. We build a written tax strategy aimed at reducing what you pay this year and across your lifetime: income timing, deduction planning, capital gains management, Roth conversion analysis, charitable strategies, and retirement distribution sequencing. We review it every year while options are still open, and we coordinate directly with your accountant so filing season holds no surprises.
If you're already retired or close to it, ask about your Retirement Tax Bill. Most people have never measured the tax liability sitting inside their tax-deferred accounts.

Risk Mitigation
We review your existing coverage against your actual exposures: life, disability, liability, long-term care. Where coverage is missing, we say so. Where you're paying for coverage you no longer need, we say that too—and we can arrange an independent appraisal of a policy's market value before you let it lapse.
Investment Management
Portfolios built to serve the plan. We manage investment accounts, retirement plans, and outside assets in the context of your whole picture, with taxes considered at every step: asset location, loss harvesting, withdrawal order. You'll know how much risk you're taking and why, starting with a complimentary risk analysis of what you hold today.

Estate Planning Coordination
Estate documents age quietly. Beneficiaries drift out of date, laws change, families change. We review your existing estate plan, flag what no longer matches your wishes, and coordinate updates with your attorney or introduce one from our specialist team. Wealth transfer, trusts, and beneficiary alignment stay in sync with your tax and investment strategy.
For most owners, the business is the largest asset and the least planned one. We work on the questions that decide what you keep from a transition: valuation, deal structure, tax treatment of a sale, buy-sell agreements and their funding, key person coverage, and what your income looks like the day after closing.
